Atlantic City’s
Boardwalk and Marina District host the best gaming options Atlantic City
has to offer, and you’ll find non-stop entertainment in hotspots such as
Caesars, Bally’s and The Borgata, to name just a few. There’s more to
Atlantic City than blackjack and baccarat, however, and you’ll find
top-flight entertainment in theaters at all the major hotels, as well as
fine dining and much more. In addition to the many nightlife and
entertainment options, visitors can take advantage of the surfside
location and enjoy sailboat charters, canoe and kayak rentals and
fishing boat excursions. The Absecon Lighthouse, New Jersey’s tallest
lighthouse, is open to the public and affords a fantastic view to those
who climb 228 steps to the top. To help you recover from the climb, take
advantage of the wonderful spa services at the major hotels.
Atlantic
City Convention Center
The Atlantic City
Convention Center is the jewel in the crown of a massive redevelopment
plan that included renovations to the Grand Boulevard and Boardwalk
Hall, in the vibrant center of Atlantic City. The Center’s five exhibit
halls (offering 500,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space) and 45 meeting rooms
(adding another 100,000 sq. ft.) can be configured for maximum
flexibility. The Center’s Atrium lobby is bathed in sunlight and
features dramatic sculpture and artwork. The entire facility occupies
more than 30 acres, making it one of the largest convention centers on
the East Coast. Major events at this venue include the Atlantic City
Classic Car Show, the International Outdoor Sports Show and the
Promotions East trade show.
