Pop Up Displays - The Ultimate in Portability

Looking for an effective and portable trade show solution? A pop up display may be the best solution! Pop-up displays and exhibits are composed of hinged folding frames or self-rising frames that are covered with plastic, fabric or other media to form a multi-panel installation. These are relatively lightweight and compact and can be folded down to make shipping less expensive

Pop-ups can be used as tabletop exhibits or can be used to form a back wall in your exhibit booth. Pop-ups are also easy to set up, but there are some limitations: because the hinged frame must open fully for maximum stability, it is not possible to adapt the exhibit to some smaller spaces (low ceilings). Pop-ups that use self-rising frames are more stable, but because of their fixed size, they might not suit every booth space.

Pop-up Demo Tables are relatively inexpensive, lightweight and easy to assemble, making them a popular, low-budget solution for a portable sample stand, registration or demo table. With a canopy and signage, demo tables can be assembled for about $1000.

Costs vary dramatically according to size, material and manufacturer, but the cheapest 6-foot wide, 5-foot tall tabletop popup starts at around $1000 without graphics. An 8-foot wide, 8-foot tall freestanding pop-up starts around $1300 without graphics. An 8-foot wide curved backwall starts around $1500 without graphics. These are starting prices for the most inexpensive product lines, and of course you get what you pay for!

One of the key benefits of pop up displays is the quick setup time and easy portability. The frame for most pop up displays folds up to about 8" x 24"!  When disassembled, most 10' x 10' pop ups and their graphics fit into two fiber display cases.
