Rental Displays

Searching for Rental Displays?  Renting a trade show display is an option you may want to consider as you look into your exhibit booth requirements. The single biggest advantage of using an exhibit booth rental display is cost - trade show display rentals can provide a significant savings if your budget is tight. While a new display will likely cost $3,000 or more, you can usually rent a display for less than $1,000. If you do not attend many shows, or are attending a show for the first time, renting a display may be a good option. In addition to the up front charge, shipping your display round-trip across the country can cost $600 for a small pop up display (nearly the cost of renting a display). There are a number of disadvantages to trade show display rentals as well - including cost, and consistency. If you attend numerous shows per year, it is likely less expensive in the longer run to purchase a display. Owning a display also gives you a consistent look from show to show.
Advantages of Renting   Disadvantages of Renting
- Lower up front costs   - May not be cost effective if you attend many shows
- No shipping charges   - Your display may not have a consistent look from event to event
- Allow you to switch display types / sizes from show to show   - Rentals sometimes appear "worn"
